Children and additional bed

  • Children up to 4 years of age are free when in a room
    with the parents.
  • 1 baby bed, one-off, costs € 10,-
  • Additional bed, for children up to 10 years of age,
    per day € 10,-
  • Additional bed, for children from 10 years to 16 years
    of age, per day € 25,-

Catering services

Half-board extra charge, per Person /day: € 15,-

Short-time stay

With a stay of less than 3 days we make an additional charge of € 5,- per person /day (overnight).

Arrival and departure

Because we like to make all of our guests welcome we must
ask you to vacate your rooms by 11.00 AM on the day of
departure. This is to enable us to make the rooms available by
1.30 PM for our next guests. If you will be arriving later than
6.00 PM, please will you notify us.

Method of payment

Bills may be paid with cash or with an EC credit card.

Transfer

Stays of less than 3 days we make a charge of € 10,- per
journey. Stays of longer than 3 days we are willing to pick you
up from the station in Müllheim, or to take you to the station
on your day of departure. This is a service of the house and is
free of charge.

For a transfer from the station in Freiburg to Badenweiler, and
also the return journey , we must make a charge if € 45,- , this
is because of the distance involved. Guests travelling in cars
will find adequate parking space at the house.

Holiday cancellation

We recommend that it is advisable, for a small cost, to take
out a holiday cancellation insurance.

Please understand, that a final reservation is only binding
when you receive from us, a written return confirmation
(eg. letter, FAX or E-mail) stating the dates of your holiday,
and complete price. Upon cancellation of a booking, we must
unfortunately take into account 80% of the total price, unless
we are able to re-book the room(s), etc.

Dogs

For dogs we make a charge per day of € 8,-
With consideration for our house guests dogs are not allowed
in the dining room.
