The afternoons belong to Helmut Behringer. Helmut Behringer is a confectioner with passion,
and takes pride in his work, and loves the element of surprise with his creative pastries, etc.,
so that his guests have difficulty in deciding which piece of cake to choose. They are all
excellent: Whether it is a fruit flan, fruit tart, the classic and well known Black Forest Gateau,
cheese cake or plum torte. The pastries and cakes are made by hand and baked on a daily basis,
which together with the aroma and presentation , make them quite irresistible.
